Competition rubber isolator

Replica 20mm thick Datsun competition rubber insulators for side draught carburetors. This product will help absorb high vibration to prevent fuel sloshing and have higher heat transfer resistance. Highly recommended for high performance engines. 40mm and 44mm bore diameter available. Compatible with Mikuni PHH, Solex PHH/ADDHE, Weber DCO(E), Dellorto DHLA, SK/OER. Each unit comes with one rubber isolator, two gaskets, and mounting nuts. Sold individually. Requires two per carburetor. 

How to install this product:  Remove factory installed carburetor mounting studs from the intake manifold and insert the 6mm stud end (the smaller diameter side) towards the manifold, tighten the locknuts. Mount the carburetor.  Recommended to use a light film of RTV grey sealant around the gaskets to fully seal the mounting surfaces to prevent vacuum leak.  

Warning: due to increased thickness of the insulators, some intake manifold may have clearance issues. This insulators will add 20mm (approx. 3/4") to the overall length. Always measure for clearance before placing an order.
